Check-in and check-out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00; if you will arrive after midnight, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 12:00. Please bring a photo ID for check-in.
Can I check in early?
Please contact the hotel.
Can I arrive after midnight?
Yes. Our staff are on duty all night. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Can I check out late?
Subject to availability; please ask at the hotel after check-in. Late check-out costs ฿200 per hour for a 2-person room, ฿300 for a 3-person room and ฿400 for a 4-person room. Check-out after 17:00 is charged as one extra night.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, free of charge in our luggage storage, before check-in or after check-out. Please ask at the front desk.
Can I check in without a credit card?
Yes.
Booking and payment
How do I pay?
Online booking is temporarily closed while we upgrade our payment system. To book and arrange payment, please contact the hotel by LINE, Facebook or phone.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit of ฿1,000 is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after a room check.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings cannot be cancelled, but you can change your dates. Please contact the hotel to check availability.
Can I get a tax invoice or a receipt in a company name?
Yes. Please contact the hotel.
At the hotel
Can I add an extra person?
Yes. An extra bed costs ฿1,000 per person per night, on request and subject to availability. Guests aged 8 and over are charged as adults. Cots are not available.
Is breakfast available?
We do not serve breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, open throughout the day, and a 7-Eleven.
Is there parking?
There is no overnight parking. Taxis can drop off and pick up at the front of the hotel.
Is there a lift?
Yes.
Do all rooms have a window?
It depends on the room type. Please check the room details before you book.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
The hotel is non-smoking, with a ฿5,000 fine for smoking inside. You can smoke outside the building, where we provide tables and chairs.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, for a fee. Please contact the front desk.
Can I bring a pet?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Getting here
How do I get here from the airport?
From Suvarnabhumi, take the Airport Rail Link to Ratchaprarop station, leave by Exit 1 and walk to the hotel.
Do you offer airport pick-up?
Yes, from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK) to the hotel. The price is per car, per trip, and depends on the vehicle: small car ฿700, Innova ฿800, van ฿1,200. Waiting with a name sign is ฿100 extra. Please contact the hotel to arrange it.
